About Me

 Dr. Benjamin J. Norrod, DBA brings over 22 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, business management, and higher education. He has served in executive roles for charitable organizations and businesses, translating vision into impact across 16 countries and 30+ U.S. states. As a result, he has developed a global perspective on leadership and a deep understanding of cross-cultural communication and community development.

Academic & Professional Credentials: Dr. Norrod earned his Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with honors and holds an MBA and a B.S. in Business Management. He is an adjunct faculty member and dissertation mentor, guiding doctoral candidates at respected universities. He has mentored dozens of postgraduate students through successful dissertation completions, reflecting his passion for research and education. In addition, he has designed and taught graduate-level courses in leadership, research methods, and business strategy.

Leadership & Faith: Beyond the corporate boardroom and college classroom, Dr. Norrod has a rich background in ministry and faith-based leadership. He has worked with numerous churches and faith organizations, helping develop leaders who serve with integrity and vision. This unique blend of business acumen and ministry experience allows him to connect with leaders from all walks of life. He believes effective leadership is built on service, integrity, and a clear mission.
